The gate is accessed by entering a code into the keypad, paging a homeowner from the keypad, or by a barcode applied to the window of a vehicle. Owners are given their own personal access code. Contractors and realtors have unique codes. Temporary codes are given to guests. All codes change annually on May 1st. Temporary codes are changed more frequently. Property Management maintains all code requests and changes.
