How does the gate code system work?

The gate is accessed by entering a code into the keypad, paging a homeowner from the keypad, or by a barcode applied to the window of a vehicle. Owners are given their own personal access code. Contractors and realtors have unique codes. Temporary codes are given to guests. All codes change annually on May 1st. Temporary codes are changed more frequently. Property Management maintains all code requests and changes.

I have a question about my POA dues, who can I contact for details?

I’d like to have a private event at the River Reserve, how do I request this reservation?

Our Property Management team handles usage of the River Reserve clubhouse and grounds. To reserve the clubhouse, the picnic area, or a campsite, complete the River Reserve reservation form and our property management will work with you regarding availability and details:

I’m ready to build my home (or I’d like to make an addition to my existing home) how do I request a review of my plans from the Architectural Review Committee?
  • First review the Homestead at Mills River Design Guidelines as you begin your planning process.
  • Submit your Review Application Form.
  • If you have specific questions during your planning process, contact the Architectural Control Committee through FirstService Residential.
  • Home owners should follow the same process prior to any work that changes the exterior appearance of a home or any modification as outlined in the Design Guidelines.
