Your Property Owners Association
The Homestead at Mills River Property Owner’s Association is the cornerstone of our planned residential community. It brings continuity and order to the community, it preserves the architectural integrity and it maintains the common elements. Our association promotes the concept of “community” and protects the neighborhood’s property values. The POA Board of Directors consists of dedicated volunteers elected to serve the best interest of the owners and the betterment of the community.
The Homestead at Mills River is administratively managed by FirstService Residential. FSR takes care of many functions in our community and supports the association board in fulfilling the association’s obligations as set forth in its governing documents.
For our property owners, FSR is the first point of contact regarding all aspects of our community including your notification of property purchase, account set-up/contact information, official documents, home construction application, meetings, financials, dues, grounds, community maintenance, and so much more.
